Re: Do your own CA budget Keeping in mind that the Time's list isn't close to comprehensive here's my swing at it. Add in eliminating all consultants and selling more oil leases, and cutting wasteful and unnecessary programs that the times does not list and you have a surplus and room for a tax cut.
