The official response I got back from the rep quoted me a max speed of 22/5 with automatic upgrade when 50/10 service becomes available, however the price would jump from $99 a month to $189.95 a month. THAT'S INSANE FOR A BUSINESS INCREASE FROM 16/2 to 22/5. I can't help but feel like Comcast is trying to jack me on this business account. Unfortunately I have 6 more months in my contract before I can move my accounts to Qwest. At least Qwest never played pricing games like this.

Just wait till after D3 officially rolls out in Denver, then the 22/5 should only be $10 more than what your paying.
