Have 1.5/384 service but down speed at 450.

Tairei join:2009-07-01 Beaverton, OR	Have 1.5/384 service but down speed at 450. Started a day ago(sometime at night). My 1.5/384 service's down speeds dropped to around 435-450, my up is the correct speed though. In the Beaverton, OR area. Wondering if there's been an outage or a server reset?

If they don't then come back and tell us what Brand and Model number ADSL Modem you are using. -- What’s the point of owning a supercar if you can’t scare yourself stupid from time to time?
