Re: question on cat behavior

I have a male cat who despises me unless I'm talking on the phone or I pull out his brush (it's the damndest thing). Anyway, when I brush him, he purrs and meows and is as gentle as can be. However, he gets over stimulated in a minute or two, rolls over onto his back and will try to bite or paw at me. This isn't friendly, either. So I've just learned to stop brushing him when he is about to roll over and end the issue right there.

Each cat is different in their behavior. If you live with one long enough, you can get a good feeling of their mood and what they want of you (cats always want something) fairly easily.

I'm guessing that's what you're asking. That's not one question mark in your entire post and none of your sentences ever pose a question....so there you have it.
