<description><![CDATA[anon posted : I also got the "secure channel required" message. I changed the URL of the offending page to start with https instead of http and then it worked. Looks like they messed up the hyperlink on the preceding page. As I recall, I wasn't able to make the URL change directly on the pop-up window. Instead I copy/pasted the URL to another FF browser window and then added the 's' there. Hope that helps until they fix their hyperlink.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[hhkr posted : All of a sudden I can't access usage page, what am I missing?  in both ie8 and firefox it says when I click on the usage info, Secure Channel required in the popup window.  It never said that before.
