Re: ADSL2+ Modem With a ADSL router A router generally does not support a type of internet - all it cares about is a RJ 45 plugged into it that has some sort of network or internet connection (cable, ADSL, ADSL2 etc...).
With switching internet types you may need to make some tweaks to your PC to maximize the speed of the connection.
