If anyone believes this review they are disturbed in the head. There is no early termination fee if you cancel within 30 days. What is this person afraid of? Understand that I just did a speed upgrade over the phone with a rep from 20/5 to 25/15. It was done in 12 hours, plus I got more hd channels for 5 bucks a month more. -- tfrionli
