If find it 'ODD' that I have been having the same troubles out of Wichita... Notice the delays and time out till the user gets to the servers named "DAL"..

I think this is "prioritization," though I'm not sure why it gets that far along the chain then suddenly has issues right there...Something someone smarter than me must know...
