ok, they sent me a new replacement modem of the same model. same thing happens. shuts down. so they sent me the thomson single port modem. arg. it does the same thing.
could something from one of the computers cause the set to reset?
is there something on the line that could cause it to reset?
I should also mention that they increased the overhead limit so that it wouldn't top out. I am paying for 15 and they have it set at 22 just in case.
thanks for the link on the old set. won't be able to try it tho.
