Sounds like a router issue. Maybe you should post in the Linksys forum for assistance?

Atlanta, GA		 Hmm, oddly enough it has started to work normally. Even did a speedtest.net on the laptop and it was at 5.8. Well, who knows, I guess I scared the gremlins out of my router when I posted on here. Hopefully it keeps working!
