If this is something regular, I'd suggest you rin a continuous ping, so that you can see if there's any dropped packets or lag spikes around the time of the disconnects. |

All computers on the network are receiving problems similar to this.
I have also tried connecting the cable directly to the computer. I end up with little or no connectivity. When it's back with the router, I can surf the internet, but can't do the things mentioned above.
Also, how would I do that, if I may ask? |

| To change to a direct connection, you have to unplug the modem after you have connected the computer to get a new IP address. If it still has the same problems with a direct connection, use the tools on this website, like the line quality test and smoke ping to see if there are any problems there. |
