Do you mean the double down arrows are greyed out? |

| All of the query fields are greyed out. Don't know why cause deskto search is installed. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled. |

@pool.einsundeins.de | That´s right. You need WDS 4. But I would recommend a search tool, for example Lookeen. Search tools for outlook are much better, faster in searching and indexing and much more functional.
And you won´t need WDS
