Thats the thing i only lag when i join a game with more than one person on it. It doesn't say i lag at all then when i join it starts to lag severely

Which is why i think it might be my modem or router

Those numbers look good. When do you experience the latency? It may just be the server you are connecting to...or your computer bogging down while it is running the game.

yea i didn't understand anything that popped up,
is there something like with the firewall in the modem, or should i bridge it or something?

Post some traceroutes (Start -> Run -> CMD -> Type tracert website.com) and pings during the time you're experiencing the latency.
