| reply to ez2cy Click the Start button from the taskbar Choose Run, that should bring up a box in the box type Regedit that should take you to the registry Then follow the path MSeng has typed out... just click on each + next to the area you want to drill down into.
When you get to PropertySheetHandlers write down anything you see there besides PlusPack and report back.
