kudos:7 | there doesnt seem to be a discount on win 7 ultimate.
unfortunately, i have vista ultimate installed and cannot upgrade to win 7 professional, i can only do a clean install.

kudos:7 | for me, i have too many custom tweaks, applications, settings, various external DLL, OCX files that are manually registered, saved form data/cookies and among other things that would take a large amount of prohibitive time to set up again doing a clean install.
