The short of what I had to do was to change all TCP settings to their defaults, and set the MTU and RWIN values to blank. Restarted the PC and everything has been stable and super fast.<br><br>I'm also NOT using the Actiontec router they provided. My Cisco PIX handles this speed beautifully... so far :D.
