Re: Are my stats good?

Where are you located and can you post a traceroute?

I would suggest finding better servers they clearly have poor routing. I can find CSS servers where I get a 60ms ping and I still have my interleave on.

I have 20ms to my first hop, but in games like COD4 and MOH my pings are around 90 ms. I'm wondering what I can do to reduce my pings.

I'm already on fastpath, my ping to the first hop was 50 before fastpath.
About the only thing you might do that could improve things would be to go with an ISP that specializes in providing low latency (most likely game related) routing. But I wouldn't expect that to save you too many ms from that 90 that you are currently getting.

From what I understand, higher the SNR, the better, and lower the attenuation, the better.

For a Qwest customer, those numbers are very good indeed. I get 19/19 for my SNR and 48/30 for my attenuation, haha.

If you have a problem with your ping, I'd suggest contacting your customer support to see if you qualify for Fastpath.

  SNR Margin (Downstream/Upstream): 31/12
Attenuation (Downstream/Upstream): 4/9
I have 20ms to my first hop, but in games like COD4 and MOH my pings are around 90 ms. I'm wondering what I can do to reduce my pings.

One more thing, are higher or lower values better for SNR Margin and Attenuation?

Thanks in advance
