<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1655401"><b>dbdbdb</b></A> : From what I understand, higher the SNR, the better, and lower the attenuation, the better. <br><br>For a Qwest customer, those numbers are very good indeed.  I get 19/19 for my SNR and 48/30 for my attenuation, haha.<br><br>If you have a problem with your ping, I'd suggest contacting your customer support to see if you qualify for Fastpath.]]></description>
