Sounds to me like your Antenna polarity is mismatched - did you verify that? The Integrated AP's and CPE's (the ones that don't need an External Antenna) are HPOL. If you are using an OMNI on the AP and you went cheap then it's probably VPOL. That would result in the symptom/problem you are seeing.
Did you run the spectrum analyzer to see what the spectrum is like ? You could be over the noise floor.
Are you sure you don't have a Fresnel refraction causing the CPE not to be able to associate ?
Moto's good but it doesn't do Dirt which a lot of people seem to think is possible with NLOS.

I am working on setting up a Motorola Canopy 900 network. I can have the SM unit register if I am within a half of a mile from the AP unit. If I go over it I am not able to connect. Dose anyone have any ideas. I have the Max Range set to 30 Miles. What should I check next?
