| reply to mikie1 The contractor gets paid for his labor for faulty product repair/replacement but has to prove it was installed per manufacturers spec. and not an installation issue. -- My grandkids ARE cuter than yours!  |

| reply to mikie1 the authorized warranty repair folks get reimbursed for whatever the warranty covers. most folks do not catch the fact that the default 5 year warranty is 1 year Parts AND LABOR, the remaining 4 years PARTS ONLY.
so, if you are asking why your contractor is charging you labor for warranty work, that is probably it. -- Lack of Preparation on YOUR Part does NOT Constitute an Emergency on Mine! |
