Thanks...From a TSI Customer :O

Just wanted to give a round of thanks to the lady at the Francois (WNDSON14DS0) CO and her field crew. Was getting timeout errors and then lost my dial tone altogether. Called TSI and they put a ticket in but Bell missed the deadline for it. Walked over to the CO and explained the situation and by the time I got home I had a dial tone AND my modem was syncing again. Not sure why people are always bashing the LFO techs but from my experiences in Windsor, they are a good team. Thanks again guys

Re: Thanks...From a TSI Customer :O

The Windsor crew at Bell are pretty good. We deal with them all the time at MNSi, and very rarely have issues.

Yup. This wasn't the first time I've had to deal with them and they've been more than helpful every time. I appreciate the fact that I was able to go to the CO myself and get a resolution within the hour. Also forgot to thank the electrical crew that was there today for finding the tech and dragging her out for me. TimBits for all of you :P
