1 edit | Thanks...From a TSI Customer :O Just wanted to give a round of thanks to the lady at the Francois (WNDSON14DS0) CO and her field crew. Was getting timeout errors and then lost my dial tone altogether. Called TSI and they put a ticket in but Bell missed the deadline for it. Walked over to the CO and explained the situation and by the time I got home I had a dial tone AND my modem was syncing again. Not sure why people are always bashing the LFO techs but from my experiences in Windsor, they are a good team. Thanks again guys
