| Hughesnet is better that dialup but is still terrible. I have had Hughesnet for 4 years. It has been better than dialup, but do not expect much from them. Their tech support is in India and they read from scripts. If your speed is low they just say we never agreed to anything other than to charge you the monthly charge. No matter what the speed. I have the pro plan and get around 100 down and 45 up during the day. It is better from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM for night owls. If there is any other Provider in your area get them. Stay away from Hughsnet. Very Poor service and alot of they do not give a shit. |
