I don't see how that is possible. Download margin is only 7.5 dB at 3360 kbps. Line attenuation indicates you are very far from Central Office about 15,000 feet. I think limit is 12,000 feet for 3000/768 service, less for 7100/768.

Your stats are actually better than my current stats. I currently have 7.1 and my stats are noted below. If Verizon is correct, they claim I am about 7,500 feet from my local central office. I believe they will provision for 7.1 up to 8,000 feet.
