MetroConnect/Next Phase/Speedfactory

When Speedfactory's e-mail went out here last year in Atlanta, they continued to host my web site. Despite trying to get a refund and get a copy of my web site (because I did not trust them, I was only ever able to speak with Nextphase based in Anaheim, CA, namely Robin Cruse and someone named Melanie. Now I can't even access my website (and, of course, the person who created my website may have never made me a backup copy, though I've been talking to him). I sent a Certified letter/return receipt requested to Metro Connect's office in Anaheim on my lawyer letterhead demanding my money back and a copy of my website copy. I further threatened other action if they don't come clean. Is anyone else having this problem and what are they doing? Thanks

I have never had to deal with them personally, but if you cannot get your site, and it's no longer functioning, you may try the way back machine to get it :
