just follow the printed or CD-ROM instructions that came with the WRT54G. Or download the Quick Setup guide and User manual from Linksys' web site, support section.
You'll need to change the SSID from "Linksys" to something like your initials. And set at least WEP encrytion mode. Perhaps you need a friendly geek to help. If the instructions (quick setup guide) are stil greek to you, doubtful we can get you going via this venu. |

| Just leave it Linksys, changing to your initials, family name, house number makes it too easy for people to key in on where it is located. As for encryption, better to go with WPA and change the admin password. -- I threw out the map a long time ago. Now I follow my own direction! |
