[Praise] Computrace Lojack Tech Support

I gotta say, Computrace Lojack for Laptop tech support is awesome!

Once I got past Tier I the tech support was great! I specifically requested Tier II after I blew the mind of the Tier I guy and he didn't know what the heck I was talking about.

I spoke to a guy in Tier II, I'll call him "T" for short, who asked me what the issue was with my LoJack and actually listened to me. Once I explained to him, in technical detail (packets from this IP to that Server, routed through such and such, etc...) he was able to solve my problem.

Not only did he solve my issue, we were able to actually just "chat" about PC security in general and I was able to help him with one of his security problems (at least I think I was able to). After about 10-15 minute of just security tech chat we finished our conversation.

I love it when I meet a fellow tech enthusiast that actually has time to talk about it!
