<title>[Praise] Computrace Lojack Tech Support</title>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/789469"><b>exocet_cm</b></A> : I gotta say, Computrace Lojack for Laptop tech support is awesome!<br><br>Once I got past Tier I the tech support was great! I specifically requested Tier II after I blew the mind of the Tier I guy and he didn't know what the heck I was talking about.<br><br>I spoke to a guy in Tier II, I'll call him "T" for short, who asked me what the issue was with my LoJack and actually listened to me. Once I explained to him, in technical detail (packets from this IP to that Server, routed through such and such, etc...) he was able to solve my problem. <br><br>Not only did he solve my issue, we were able to actually just "chat" about PC security in general and I was able to help him with one of his security problems (at least I think I was able to).
