Re: [HELP] 3640 MLPPP 3 T1's bouncing You already tried different WIC's, but have you tried a different cable from the smartjack to your WIC's? It could be an issue between the smartjack and the WIC.
Unfortunatly I think the only way to determine if its something wrong with the smartjack is to go ahead, and have AT&T dispatch a field tech with a t-berd to test the smartjack port.
You said that they bounce up and down so are all 4 DS1's in a MLPPP circuit? In thats the case you should be able to try and schedule the testing around the time you experiance the problem.
