Now that she's not in a dorm or living at home, she's without cable or internet for the first time in years and has asked me to help research options. From what I can tell, TimeWarner is pretty much "it" for cable in Milwaukee. I checked their website & found some product info, including some that were listed as "online only."

Does anyone know: a) if there are additional options at lower service levels that aren't listed online that would make it worth her while to make an on-site visit to a TWC office; b) how much of a value are the "online only" options; c) does TimeWarner offer any intro packages, such as Charter often does for UW-Madison students; and d) any other tips or suggestions she and her roommates should consider before taking the leap?
