[Speed Problem] Speed Down - Holt, MI

Hey all,

I'm getting extremely bad download speeds here in Holt, MI. It's been going on for a few hours now and Speakeasy tests have been about 800kbps at best. I have the 3mb connection package and usually get this speed. Any ideas or knowledge of an issue in this area at the moment?
