| Hotmail.com Live.com Gmail.com and Craiglist Love spammers? Interestingly enough I think many of us have had the question since Hotmail or Live.com removed the ability to access the mail headers some time back and never brought the ability back to us. Though now it appears they even block mail to the spamcop domain? I sent off several spam reports today and they apparently never made it to spamcop, since I never received a reply back to continue. Not to mention that emails to postmaster and abuse bounce back with a message telling you that these are unmonitored accounts. Checking rfc-ignorant.org it appears Gmail as similar issues.
On another note if you try to include the spam poison URL into your Craigslist message it gets rejected, though I have seen the spammer don't seem to have any problem including a URL into their messages.
Can anyone else confirm these things?

Can anyone else confirm these things? No. I can't confirm, at the least, that Hotmail has removed the ability to access email headers. See the screen shots, and the following: Nor is it just an MS Internet Explorer 8 thing, works in Safari 4 for Windows, as well. I don't feel like checking all of the browser; those two should be sufficient for demonstration.

| Re: Hotmail.com Live.com Gmail.com and Craiglist Love spammers? Well, it took Hotmail long enough to fix it that's for sure and of course they wouldn't want to mention it being back or anything. We used to not have to right click on the messages like that it was an option while actually veiwing the message.
That being said of course that's only one of several issues mentioned in the OP, but I'm glad to know it's an option now, since apparently forwarding spam to SpamCop no longer works for some reason, I always get a message saying the spam couldn't be found in the email.

Well, it took Hotmail long enough to fix it ... I can't prove that it was ever "broken". It has always worked when I've wanted to use it. And I've routinely forwarded Hotmail spam to Spamcop.net without having any issues; other than that I often delay checking my accounts, so the spam is usually "too old to report".
