[TWC] re: switching to RR question about speed

Dear Community,

Hello, I am considering switching to RoadRunner Cable Internet but I am concerned about the type of speed I will be getting.

I live in Fresh Meadows, in Queens, New York and my zip code is 11365. Any members in the nearby area, can you testify to the type of speeds you are getting?

I am considering switching from Verizon DSL since the price to speed ratio is bad. Currently on the 1 mpbs download/ 384 kpbs upload plan.

Thank you very much for your help and time in this matter.

Sincerely,
Joe

Re: [TWC] re: switching to RR question about speed

What I would do is go to your friend around 9-10 PM do a speedtest if in your area speeds are fine at night get it. Otherwise like for me RR sucks by night its slower then verizon dsl 1 mbps plan
