1 edit		[Line Problem] Modem continually reboots

I have made the following case report with ATT (YA019101) in regards to my DSL modem continuously rebooting all day long but so far nothing has been done. They were supposed to come & inspect the lines but have never shown up. Do you guys/gals have any ideas why this stable connection suddenly went south & reboots all day/night? The problem started about two weeks ago.

 When you say continuously reboots do you mean that the modem loses sync periodically or is it simply losing the PPPoE connection over and over?

Do you have a Motorola 2210 modem and if so, is the serial number between 34xxxxxx and 38xxxxxx or 43xxxxxx?
