Speeding tracking been ruled illegal. I know there been also ruling on tracking if you leave the state but i don't' remember what court made the ruling.
Not really. A Connecticut case said the fees associated with the GPS tracking were excessive AND it was not properly disclosed on the contract. A similar California case stated the same thing about proper disclosure.
