<description><![CDATA[gorehound posted : I am not sure what to do but this is exactly what will  happen in the US if the big greedy ISP get their way.I have already filed papers on the FCC against Slime Warner twice.They are the only real game for access in Portland Maine.<br><br>I have read how some cities started their own networks.<br>How do they do that ? Maybe if I knew I could propose something to the city of Portland ???<br><br>I just want to do soemthing more than I have.If this happens then <br>I can kiss goodbye the Holoacaust WW2 documentary I host and give out for free.It is around a 24 gig download as it is on 6 DVD's.I also have alot of music and videos I give out for free of my art.Consumption billing willl probably destroy that and many other artists sites as well.<br><br>This is a disaster.FRAK YOU USA ISP'S !!!!]]></description>
