Teasip join:2001-05-14 Plano, TX | Can't see Double Play options Looking to see what is available for me as an existing FiOS customer with regard to a DP bundle by dropping phone. When I go to the website it won't allow me to "build" a DP with Extreme TV/internet. Anyone else able to pull up this configuration to see speed/pricing options? I've tried it as a blind lookup as well as by logging in. |

 | reply to Teasip There should be a "See all bundles" button, and from there you should be able to choose Internet/TV. If you are already in a bundle though, I don't think it lets you drop services. I was able to do a flex bundle with Internet/TV last week from my previous unbundled month-to-month.
It didn't show up as a Double Play bundle |

Teasip join:2001-05-14 Plano, TX | reply to Teasip I ended up calling and was told $94.99 for 25/15 and Extreme TV. I'm currently in the $109.99 TP through mid-Oct. so no significant financial advantage to cancel the phone, at least prior to Oct.. Don't upload much so the speed increase wouldn't be terribly significant. I'll try the address down the street for grins and see what I find. |

| reply to Teasip When I went to renew my triple play in March, I asked about Double Play options as well, since VoIP is so cheap these days. In March they had Extreme HD + Internet for $79.99. I think it was 10/2 speed, but I can't be sure. There were also some discounts I was offered. I decided to stay with the $109.99 Triple Play with $180 discount at $30 per month over 6 months. When you call, make sure you tell the CSR that you'll be calling Comcast or whatever the local competition is, and they should send you to their "Elite" group who will offer you discounts/incentives. |
