Apparently under Tiger with Safari 3.0.4 the page is wide, causing the banner to start to repeat.
I've checked a number of combinations (os and browser) and haven't been able to replicate the issue.

| Re: [Site Check] Mac specifically. Thanks. It appears to be a few different combinations causing it. I managed to reproduce it in Opera on a PC.
In that case, the text below each agent is supposed to be 1pt smaller than their name but this isn't happening. As a result, that section is being rendered wider.
From you screenshots, it looks like the same issue. Might just use floating divs inside a fixed with column as a quick fix.
