It most certainly couldn't be used for regular WISP stuff under the HAM heading....

That being said, another stipulation of hams is that they do not knowingly cause interference to another user for no reason. They "shouldn't" just hop on a channel they know is in use by someone else, and blast you out just because they have rights to the frequencies as well.

(Many wannabe hams don't get this through their head, and before someone throws a rock I'm a ham as well and I've seen this first hand so many times... Yes I'm looking at YOU, bunch of weather hunting people who's group name I won't mention.)
