I know they changed it in the new series, however the original Daleks had certain limitations. :D

I voted for Xenomorphs, specifically the ones created/imaged/pulled from the depth of hell, by H.R. Giger. Actually anything this guy draws/sculpts is both disturbing and intriguing.
