 | If I were a customer... I'd complain the the Better Business Bureau. I mean are things that messed up at Cogeco that they did not test this sytem before implementation? Were all the executives to busy replacing their underpants after getting too excited about the prospect of millions in overage charges and the impact on the bonuses, to actually test this system before the roll out? |
