Not if it's a modem that should have been returned to Bell. |

| reply to rastapub That's a Bell modem and Bell usually doesn't sell their modems - your friend should probably have returned the modem when he terminated service with them. They'll eventually probably send him a bill for the missing modem.
It has been loaded with Bell firmware, so unless it's reprogrammed with generic firmware, you're out of luck. |

| Hi there,
One friend of mine have bought a 2wire router modem with Bell and now we rent a apartment and subscribe with Radioactif. I did all the right setting with my Radioactif login an password and all the connexion test was good. But the thing is when I open my browser, a Sympatico Bell page appear asking me to put my Bell login and password. How can I get read of that ? I have checked everything in the 2wire setting but did not find anything. The funny thing is I can open my msn and chat but I cannot go on any internet page. It will be very king of you to help me because I have to go every day to the internet café to check my email .
Thanks
I have windows XP |
