I and others are experiencing the same thing in AZ and as of now Cox wants to do a truck roll to my home and "capture" the problem IF they can. If you have not contacted CoxTech1 via IM please do. |

| I think it might be helpful to post that iceprizm 's problem is node related and efforts are under way to correct the issue. Your issue is not related to the issue he's having, your node checks out fine with regards to capacity/utilization. |

| reply to jsmiddleton4 as long as it is just not me. CoxTech1 has informed me:
"I've just been advised that upgrades are planned for on or about the evening of the 13th to add downstream capacity. We'll need to check then to see if there is any improvement."
hopefully this will fix my issue. |
