I'd try centering 'TOP.jpg', as it's aligned left right now. I'm curious too, why there are 2 separate tables on the wings? Why not make a 3 column table?

U B Funny		 Another potential problem I see is there seems to be some floating images, and text that aren't constrained by tables. That can cause some havoc as well.
