You need the VZ coax to run from the ONT to a splitter and then to the Actiontec router and TVs.
You need the Cox coax to run to their cable modem.
You can not mix the cable signals. The FIOS-TV and Cox HSI frequencies overlap. The Actiontec is not a cable modem and can not connect to the Cox cable.
