anon : i have the standard optonline service and constantly experience random disconnects every single day. i tried using a different router and also a new NIC on my computer but i am still getting the disconnects. i even tried bypassing the router altogether and just connecting from the modem into my computer but still the same result.

now, i do constantly use my internet connection for browsing, downloading, and gaming and so i'm wondering if i should upgrade my service to optimum boost to help alleviate my problems. anyone have a suggestion? thanks.
