My internet and phone lines drop every 30 mins for about couple about a min and then they come back on without any intervention. TV reception has no issues. I called optimum several times. They changed the modem, checked the lines but nothing seems to resolve the problem. The last service man said that I should change my netgear router to linksys. I dont buy that. Anyone experiencing similar issues ?

I'm having similar issues, but my issues are packet-loss related. I've also called several times and have gotten the same runaround with no real solution, though I have begun printing out reports from the DSLR Line Monitor and attaching them to the work orders any time a technician comes out here, and I am beginning to get some escalation on this. I suggest you do the same. |
