Actiontec MI424WR and DHCP Assignment

I have an Actiontec MI424WR FIOS router. I have it setup as a DHCP device. I have two desktop units, one hard wired and one wireless, a VoIP unit and my laptop. I also have had friends over and they have IP's assigned by the device. The problem I am having is that my NAS (network attached storage) unit needs three IP's. One for each of the physical drives and one for the drive name that is created and shared on the my network. The Actiontec will not assign the IP's needed for the unit. I have tested the unit at work and it gets IP's from the DHCP server and can be seen on the network, also, if I plug it in directly to my laptop it gets default IP's. Has anyone seen this problem with the Actiontec MI424WR before and know how to solve this issue?

Why not just assign the NAS with the 3 Static TCP/IP Addresses that it requires. You can use 200, 201, and 202 which will be well outside of the range that the Set Top Boxes Use (100 to 150).
