This is being used to monitor traffic coming on and off the GOVERNMENT network. Besides, the capability exists to monitor your activities as it is now and is most likely being used already. It'd be foolish to believe that traffic isn't being monitored now.
Everything is controlled by special interests, but you guys argue like if one political party disappeared the world would magically get better. Geez.
