Actually this is nothing like what Bush was doing.
Bush spied on every American for no reason except he could.
From what I just read at the top of the page Obama is basically monitoring all communications for government business. If you do not want to be spied on by the government then do not do business with them.
This is no different than a company recording all communications they have with their customers and contractors.
If the government wants to spy on themselves then who really cares, now if they want to do what Bush did and spy on any American for no reason then I will be worried.
No, he didn't "spy on every American".
