I'm getting similar results to emoci except 4-6ms less because my first hop is 9-11ms in downtown Toronto.

x'cuse my (re)tawdriness, but how does one check if he's on fastpath?
The easiest way is to just check your first hop latency with a tracert (make sure the connection is idle first). 10-20ms is fast path, 30-40+ is interleaved.

Can someone with a stable connection on fastpath with peer1 peering provide the results to these addresses?

69.65.3.27 (Chicago)
8.9.9.105 (Chicago)
8.2.121.204 (New york)

Thanks!
